This Armstrong tile wasn't in inventory at my 2 local big box stores. Zoro had the item at the best price I found online, shipped one case quickly and at no charge. The pattern and white shade is exact. It seems the tiles are a fraction of an inch thinner ( I didn't measure them) and are a bit lighter which made handling easier. A sweepstakes winner for me! The ceiling tiles looked like I expected and worked for my installation. They were delivered on time to my rural location in eastern Montana. The only drawback and I think it is probably common with this product was that several of the corners were a little bit damaged during shipping because they are quite fragile. The damaged corners could mostly be covered by the metal grid but it was close on a a few of them. I think possibly some card board corner protectors might help protect the corners better during shipping. Still, it was an excellent product and I will order again here when the time comes.

Before commenting, I will mention that one should never order a single bundle of acoustic tile and expect it to arrive without damage. It's just plain unrealistic. However I was in a pinch so I did just that. Predictably it looked like one end had received "brute force trauma", so a number of tiles were damaged but not obviously so once installed, And although the tiles were a little worse than I'd preferred, they arrived in earlier than I anticipated. Shipment was damaged and we refused. Unable to give a satisfactory review. We were quickly contacted to find out if we wanted replacement or refund. Since we had to find tiles elsewhere, we requested the refund. Thank you

I purchased ceiling tiles and although they took almost 3 weeks to get they came In very bad condition. I will need at least 4 more tiles to complete this job as 4 of my are brokem or gouged and unusable. I would highly suggest packing your product better so they are protected and consider using UPS or Fedex. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Its taken 3 tries to get the tiles I ordered here. The order from the 6/26 was lost by UPS so long that they told me to reorder. They found the order the next day but didn't deliver it for another week or so. I reordered on July 5 and that order has not arrived. UPS told me last week that they had it and would deliver it on 7/26, called 7/27 to report missed delivery and scheduled it for Monday, 7/30 and it still has not arrived. My reorder from 7/19 arrived on 7/25. Both orders I received were damaged with the first order having about 4 tiles that will have to be used in less than full sheets. The first order was only wrapped with cardboard on the ends and had been dropped on 1 corner. The third order was wrapped on the edges completely around the sheets with cardboard but the main part of the tile had been scraped in several places almost completely through the tile. Tiles are not as textured as I expected from the web site photos. Thought they would more closely match the tiles I currently have. Still hoping UPS comes through with that last bundle and I will come close to a full ceiling other wise I am looking at trying to make a pattern or paint all the tiles.
