Best bread
This bread is delicious. It is aways fresh and soft, never dry. My Dad used to eat this bread when I was little. He always said it was the best. I guess he was right!!

I like to do slices but I guess in the bread wasn't really that fresh but I wouldn't buy it again I don't recommend it but I wouldn't buy it I like my bread to be very fresh when I purchase it

Country Style Plain Bread, 24 oz, White Bread
A bit dry. Not a really good taste but okay. Not a favorite, I have to say. Toasted with honey ir jam makes it easy to use up.

disappointed
I have been ordering this bread for about 6 months. I loved the size and texture. lately they've been substituting plain bread for the country white bread. I don't like the plain bread. the crust is dark and hard and the bread itself is dry. I didn't mind paying extra for bread to receive the country white bread, but I'm disappointed that they are giving substitutions.

This was the first and last time I will ever eat this bread. I had ordered an ACE brand bread which is very good, but Walmart substituted this loaf which i approved, based upon reviews. I thought the taste and texture of the bread was absolutely horrible. For the brand and price point, I expected a higher quality product. The bread was perfectly fresh, but upon the first bite of my ham sandwich, I noticed an excessively sweet flavor and a repellent gummy texture, The remainder of the loaf will be used for peanut butter sandwiches for the birds.
