Love this bread!
I love the idea of the added protein. It's a great texture and taste. Multigrain with lots of seeds and a fulfilling texture. I eat a slice of this bread if I ever wake up hungry and want to have a healthier snack option. The fiber and protein content makes it a must for my pantry. Makes great bread for grilled cheese, wrapped around a hotdog or toasted and spread with some fruit preserves like apple butter.
