Arnold Pumpernickel Jewish Rye Bread, 16 oz, Rye Bread, Bag

wow!!! I sure love this bread !! have already bought 2 loaves and fixing to buy another. found out that this is a must have !! sliced so right and such delicious !this bread tastes great with peanut butter %26 jam and other sweet toppings as well as lucheon meats and tuna fish sandwiches. You will be amazied as I was that a sandwich could taste so good !! MY FAVORITE BREAD MIGHT JUST BECOME YOUR FAVORITE BREAD!!,

Hesitated to order these the first time because I was used to another plan that I used for years, however, when I moved to Florida, the other brand was not readily available. I decided to Contadina crushed tomatoes and puree. After trying them, I was pleasantly surprised that they comparable to my regular brand and more reasonably priced. Coming from New York I find it difficult to purchase. The same brand and some food so I was happy that I to find something that compared to my normal brand.

I grew up on Pepperidge Farm wheat bread to make toast. Now, The Pepperidge Farm wheat ONLY come in SUPER THIN SLICED. It's really too thin to enjoy. So, I ventured out and tried Arnolds Pumpernickel Jewish Rye. AMAZING!! It's a VERY NICE replacement. It makes WONDERFUL toast. I simply put Blue Bonnet margarine and Welch's grape jelly. It's SOOO GOOD!!

This is a very dark pumpernickel bread and it has that awesome flavor. I used to love it when I was a little girl and my mother would make it for me with butter and honey, and even now at age 81, that is still how I like to eat this bread. However, it is also great just to have as a sandwich bread with cheese and tomatoes.

The pumpernicle rye was okay. Now for others, you might enjoy. Very very mild. Walmart no longer carries the PF brand, at least in my region. If your a Pumpernicle person, try it, you may like it. I am going to make croutons with the remainder of the loaf.

Great taste %26 consistency. I've been using this brand of Pumpernickel bread for several years now. It is head %26 shoulders above all other brands of Pumpernickel bread for flavor %26 consistency.

Thus is a good tasting bread, BUT the quality control is AWFUL! Bread slices are either too small, or uneven to make a sandwich, or even use. For the price of this Bread quality control needs to step up greatly!

Since they stopped double wrapping the liaves, it is sometimes not quite as fresh, but noticably fresher and more tasty than Pepperidge Farms.

I allow this as a substitution when I order PF PUMPERNICKEL bread. It has a different texture and isn't as dense as the other brand but it's not bad.

wost pumpernickel ever. Tastes like white bread with a hint of pumpernickel. Yotal let dow doesnt have the texture or flavor and costs way too much for half a loaf of brown barely flavored white bread.
