Vegetarian and loving it!
I never dreamed i would become a vegetarian! Now three weeks into it and I am enjoying the food and loving the pounds leaving me. I feel better because of walking more, and walking more because I feel better. This is great food!

I've been purchasing these Arnold sandwich thins for several years and I really like them. I live alone and I really don't use a lot of them, but they really freeze well if they are wrapped well and put in a large freezer bag and they don't really stick together frozen so it's easy to take one out and put the rest back in the freezer

These are good for toasting, believe it or not. They take on a bit of a crunch. Spread with butter or its substitute. They also hold cold cuts well. They are thin and do not compete with the filling or spread; you save carbs and calories with these.

my go-to when cutting down on bread
I've been fed whole wheat or multigrain bread all my life and that's what I prefer and if you're trying to cut back on bread and you want a sandwich this is how you do it unless you take an alternative method to bread.

Yuck!!
There was plastic in the bread. It got caught in my teeth when I bit into the bread. It made me ill. It was a long strand embedded in the bread. Disgusting!!

arrived how to place away groceries to find that the package had been open and two were missing . Absolutely disgusted and dissatisfied
