Small and light enough to tote to work or school, but large enough to make several meal servings. Gets hot and cooks fast, but outer surround surface remains cool. All you need for meals on the go can fit inside. Alternatively, great for use at home or dorm room...won't take up much counter space. Follow directions...don't over fill or meal will bubble over. Again, cooks fast...don't leave unattended. Enjoy!!
I love this product..it was all I was looking for...
I bought this rice cooker and it look nice, the rice is cooked fast and it taste delicious. I am happy with this cooker. The size is perfect for my family of 4, and there is not other issues. Easy to clean, easy to make the rice and in only 25 minutes you can eat. I am not sure why another people were saying wrong thing about this rice cooker, but for me and for the price is more than enough. Thank you aroma for make this nice rice cooker
Great rice cooker! I really love it the only problem is that it's small if you want to make something else more than a regular rice, and it wouldn't last you more than two year! But I still love it!
I purchased this rice cooker to replace one I had had previously. The price was right and it had the capacity I wanted and it even had a pleasing appearance. But that's about all it has going for it, unfortunately. This cooker does a good job cooking the rice. I've cooked a few batches of brown rice in it so far. The rice has come out well cooked. Better than my previous cooker, even! Some rice does get stuck to the bottom, but I have a feeling that is a drawback of any rice cooker, really. My biggest complaint is its poor design. This pot was not made well at all! All rice cookers have a steam vent, but in this case, the water from the steam vent almost seems to bubble out of the vent holes and drips down onto the counter top. While you can certainly put down a towel to soak up the water that drips down, that shouldn't be something you would HAVE to do, but for this pot, you really should. Other issues include where the water from the steam collects. The first time I used the pot, the water collected around the inside seam where the lid seals when it's closed. You open the lid when the rice is done cooking and water can drip down into the heating element's area. I also found that water will collect in the hinge of the pot. I picked it up to go put it away after having cleaned it, and water poured all over my shirt from where it had collected in the hinge! The pot seems to cook decently, but it suffers from poor design that produces excess mess to clean up. I'll continue to use the pot until it wears out, but I won't be buying another one when it's time to replace this one, and I wouldn't recommend this pot to anyone looking for a rice cooker.
We have had this rice cooker for quite some time now, and even though it does cook rice great it has major problems in staying clean.... the steam and the water always fall out making for a mess every time its used... if you like "clean" things then I would suggest something else...
First day using it it started smoking caught fire and it melted the court that plugs in this thing is a junk
The pot remained nonstick for 4 months. Poor quality.
the stem is coming around the pot and when you put 2 cups of rice is a mess no good only one cup
every time I have used this rice cooker, the rice has scorched. I have rinsed and rinsed the rice as directed. I have applied oil to the bottom of the pan, as directed. I have turned the rice off as soon as it is finished, and still I have not had "white" rice yet. It scorches on the bottom and turns brown. Not worth the money, when, making rice the old fashioned way is so simple. I will be putting this appliance in the garage and probably selling it at my next garage sale!
