It makes my shoes smell fantastic. My feet don't even have an odor anymore!!
Number one ingredient is water. With the glycerin and many different types of oil, my first spray was like snot, even after shaking well. I liked that you can spray it directly onto your feet. However feet stay wet feeling, but it is just a slimy and slippery oil feel, that does not seem to dry. Thus probably won't do that again. I have paid half the price for a similar product in the past. So this is a bit pricey in my opinion. Does smell "minty" and seems to last. The pump sprayer makes it difficult to get the product to the toe area of enclosed shoes though. I know it is better than aerosol, but that would work better.
