Packaging is super cute and pretty. The capsules are a little larger than I expected but not difficult to take with water. I have just started them so can't comment on long term benefits but so far I like the product - and I especially love that they are clearly marked as cruelty free!

It also claims that by taking 2-3 daily. it can help a person become regular. I don't have any usage comments yet. but I hope this helps me with regularity for sure.

The usage direction is clear and easy to read. For the need-improvement parts, the capsule is big and long, not easy to swallow, also it requires to take 2-3 capsules, which means we must repeat the difficult swallow steps 2-3 times. Beside this, there is no odor or weird smell, overall it is a great buy.

This brand is not one I had previously heard of. I didn't know what to expect of it, but my standards were pretty high, considering the high price plus the high dosage you need to take (3). So that took me by surprise since I've never purchased anything this pricey. I wasn't wow'd. I feel like I could've gotten a similar result with something more affordable- which I have in the past.

I used the product for the first time last night. I took two capsules with a full glass of water 30 minutes prior to bed. I do not know how well they work as of yet. I have been up for two hours with no results, however, it just might need more time as I said it was the first dosage. Last night it did produce a bit of gas, but nothing more than any other brand might have.
