I've been taking this for about a month now, I have noticed a bit of a change in my mood and cravings. I'm only taking 1 stick a day and I do have pcos. I would get my period still once a month but it was never consistent, this last period I didn't have any cramps, it was lighter, and just better over all. So far this has been helping, and I'm hoping it'll help with getting me pregnant. I definitely recommend!

I've been using this for just over a month now. I definitely noticed I'm a little less anxious and moody during the week leading up to my period. This product is a life saver! After going off BC that I have been on for over 10 years my mood was all over the place, my hair was falling out and the ovulation/period cramps were insane! After take 1 pixie stick a day for 10 day I noticed a HUGE improvement in my mood swing. They were completely level out. My hair stop falling out and my cramps came came down a lot. Ok… I absolutely cannot believe this! I have been suffering with PCOS for a solid 8 years. My periods are SO irregular it's exhausting. I start PMS symptoms around the 28 day mark, and suffer for a good 2-3 week. My cycles are typically 40-50 days. EXHAUSTING. I woke up today to my period. I was MIND BLOWN. very minimal signs even pointing towards me approaching period time. I checked my period tracking app….. and I WAS SHOOK. 28 days to the day!!!! I could cry!! happy tears. Great taste, easy to use. I am only one month in as of yet so can't really say how well the results are going but I will keep trying to get these perimenopause symptoms under control!

I'm exactly one month in, so fully understanding it takes 3 months to truly feel the benefits, these are my thoughts so far. Taste is pleasant and not overwhelming. I opted to just pour the powder in my mouth which dissolves really fast and doesn't leave a strong aftertaste. Individual packages are convenient. I do feel the period I had was somewhat easier. I do feel more weepy though, which I feel is hormonal. Hoping that balances out as I continue using the product.

I love the fact that this product is dairy-free, sugar free, gluten free, nut free, and vegan. I've been taking it just about a month and there has been no adverse reactions, but also need to continue taking to see any results - they say around 3 months. The flavor is good, not too sweet and it also dissolves very quickly as stated with no aftertaste. I like the small individual packages, easy to take with me while traveling.

Easy to take every day, tastes great and the box is pretty so I leave it out on my bathroom counter. Only a month in so not sure how different I'm feeling yet but excited to continue using it and see where it goes
