The product was delivered timely and in new condition. The product was clean. The price sealed the deal. The spout does not leak and jug is relatively easy to clean.

Easy to fill and clean. Large volume containers are hard to find for a reasonable price. We always buy this container from Walmart, because it's the best.

awesome! no issues yet. used it for a few weeks for my hibiscus iced tea, and after I receive my brita filter I will be using it for water! doesn't take up a lo of room. would recommend having someone who can lift slightly heavy objects to put into fridge, as it gets heavy especially when filled. glad I purchased!

I know this sounds a bit crazy but I was tired of lugging a huge bottle of laundry detergent and tipping it to get the right amount in the washing machine detergent dispenser. So this was my solution. I poured the laundry detergent into the beverage dispenser. It stays on the shelf in the utility closet and I simply fill a measuring cup to fill the washing machine detergent dispenser. No more lugging a heavy laundry detergent bottle and risking spilling it.

I was forced to buy 5 gallon Primo Water **** and a pump with my last order due to blocked water delivery. I NEED this container to achieve cold water. The 5 gallon jug sits on the floor as I can not lift it. This I can lift half full to fridge. In the past WM has delivered 7 cases a month of Sam's 20oz. Lifting a 20oz bottle to and from the fridge was possible. This will be herculean due to Buy in Store only. Disabled and elderly count on WM in rural areas like mine

Overall it is usable. The lid has a bad design. Lid does not tighten down. The design makes good use of the space in my counter depth refrigerator. It has a very large cap opening which is good for cleaning. Decent product just flawed. Seems durable, spout works well and seal is good.

there is a massive hole on the bottom corner that I didn't see until I started filling it up!! that's why it was clearanced!? if it's damaged, DONT SELL IT! what is wrong with you people!?

i never received the item it said it was delivered and when i went to my mailbox as soon as i got the msg it wasn't there. I got the one with my wamart delivery though

I have bought this item before and loved it. Ordered 2 more and the male part of the dispenser is melted and doesn't seal and leaks really bad! Both of them had this defect

Poorly made. They break very easily. If you even slightly slide these back or forward on a surface, they will crack (you'll find tears) and they will leak from them. It will be hard to locate the cracks/tears, but that't why they start leaking. These are the worst as far as how they are made and easily break.
