[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My arrow TT 21 trutac was easy to load and having rheumatoid arthritis in my hands this tool makes it so much easier to recover my outside chairs, I did however get the wrong Staples so now I have to go back but listen learned.
fast delivery works great so far
This is my second one, first one I dropped from a ladder and broke the part that comes down to hold things in place so you don't cut them with a staple. Immediately ordered another one that's how much I like it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Powershop T50HS was a game-changer for our kitchen renovation project. The cordless feature and ease of use definitely make it a convenient tool to have. This tool has saved me time and made the process less stressful. 1117
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fastener is an excellent choice when doing general home repairs or general construction. The fact the you can use multiple size staples is an even bigger plus unlike the manual fasteners. The cordless feature is a huge plus. overall an excellent product
Had it for 1 week and broke. The gun would work, but the staples were not coming out. A small plastic broke that moved the staples ever time you pull the trigger.
have started a return - looking for follow up message. Product had parts loose.
I received the wrong product. I then emailed the company, they replied one time and then never again. Paid for a more expensive version of the one I received. Very disappointed.
I bought this staple gun after trying two manual staplers. One out of every 50 or so staples actually penetrates into the wood, the rest go halfway into the wood. I've followed the instructions in the booklet and tried different size staples...bringing the cost of this product even higher. Nothing has helped and I've now wasted time and money because of this product.
The mechanism that puts and keeps pressure on the staples to keep them up front so they could be struck was sticking. Not even WD40 would help. I was in the middle of nowhere without any options other than needlenose pliers and a hammer. Also be aware this is MADE IN CHINA and not the USA like the 2 other Arrow staple guns I've owned.
