It wouldn't shot a staple through a thin piece of metal and into thin wood. I'm not sure you could even get it to go through cloth into wood. I was really disappointed.

worked as expected and I was able to complete an urgent task right away. just remember to load staples with the gun upside down after you've released the spring tensioner. I should also mention that to remove the stapler from the packaging first remove the very small screw securing the plastic clamp after removing the plastic zip tie.

This stapler works great for small things but doesn't do well in wood. Leaves the staples half out when you can get it to staple at all.

Overall easy to use. No issues with it needed it for hanging up balloons and string lights on my back patio.

Difficult to fully squeeze at times. Should have gotten the electric one since it is a bigger job, so if you're questioning it, spend the extra on electric. Well made otherwise and fits Universal staples T50. Never jammed on me.

It gets the job done but it is quite hard to squeeze compared to many other staple guns I've used. While trying to staple something that requires being held in place with one hand and the other on the staple gun, it's hard to maintain enough pressure to get the staple to stick (for me). I do have fairly small hands though - perhaps that's part of the problem. Also, if you do use one hand to apply pressure and squeeze the handle with the other, it's super easy to punch your fingers. All of this to say, my husband doesn't mind using it but I usually opt for my old metal staple gun.

Is sturdy, lots of power, fits in hand well. A bit difficult to use because requires quite a bit of hand strength to fully engage the trigger. The secure packaging is a bit much as well. Requires a blade or scissors and a screw driver just to remove packaging.

We couldn't get this to load staples at all. There was nothing that was working with this item at all.

I have always used this brand with great results, but this stapler will not staple as in no staples will come out. Having to return this one.
