The pillows are wonderful. However, I I was unable to reach the seller or the manufacturer to find out if it was washable. I googled it and it is not. However, it does have two very well-made. Zippered covers over the form to protect it.

Had ALOT of shredded foam and also came with an extra package of foam. It I ended up taking some of the shredded foam out of my pillow u til I got it “just right” for me. So, easily adjustable for individual preferen

I Need memory foam pillows for my back due to multiple back surgeries, this one is the 1! For under $20 it's like impossible, I've spent $80-120 over the years per pillow and never had nothing like this one, I like the 2 different sides cooling n straw, didn't know what that meant to it got a little warm one night, put my hand under the pillow n it was cool, really nice! Also never have to fix the pillow it's always set, in my opinion this pillow should sell for atleast $75 so I bought 3 in case they ever stop making it!

Pretty much everything I hoped for. Comes "overstuffed" with the shredded foam BUT thnkfully encased in double covers with good zippers, so was able to unload about half of the stuffing to make the pillow pliable for molding into what fells best for me. Everyone is different - thankfully this pillow design respects that! Love the two sided surfaces as well - a cool side and a 'babmboo wamr" side. Happy clam!

Love that I can unzipped %26 take out as much shredded memory foam that I need for my comfort. It is so comfortable, I'll never buy another pillow again. It even has another zippered pillow case around it that you can remove %26 wash. Great pillow. Great quality. Great price!!

Cooling pillows are my favorite now! I liked that this 1 comes with extra foam pieces, to make it as soft or firm as you like.

I like a pillow that is firm but has a little give to cradle my head without pushing my chin into my chest. These are right in the middle of plush and firm. I think they are decent quality but I would have liked to have a little more extra foam to put in the pillow. They give you an extra pouch of foam so you can adjust your pillow to your liking but it's not enough for me to get it full enough to where I like it. There are better options out there for this price point.
