Art Alternatives 62-Piece Watercolor Art Set For Beginners

This is a really great art kit that comes with so much! It contains water colors, water color cakes, water color pencils, brushes, artist paper, pencils, an eraser, a sharpener, and a very sleek carrying case! My daughter created some beautiful paintings with the water color cakes and artist paper. This would make a great gift for any artist!

Really great art set! I loved this! I stopped painting, and doing anything art related for a really long time. I just lost the passion for it. But, when I saw this set for testing I decided to try it. And, it has reinvigarated and brought back my joy and love of art again! I can't wait to do more with this set, and start back painting in general.

I received this product courtesy of Home Tester Club. I really like the overall packaging. It comes in a metal box which gives a very expensive feel. I've tried the watercolor palette on the included watercolor papers and brushes and was happy with the results. I do wish that the palette was a bit more pigmented, though. This set includes the basics that any new watercolor enthusiast would require. Would recommend everyone to get it and gift it to your loved ones.

I am a painter that usually uses acrylic paint, but I also dabble with watercolor. This set is perfect for beginners or people "brushing" up on new skills. I love that it is really comprehensive with lots of fun colors (a little goes a long way), tools, brushes, pencils, and some practice drawing paper. My favorite thing, however, is that it comes in a nice, compact metal briefcase. You could even use it as a small table for on-the-go projects, and it keeps everything nice and tidy.

We were so pleased with the watercolor set! We sat down as a family and had so much fun. Some of us used the watercolors in the tubes, some used the dry watercolors, others drew with the pencils. Everything except the sharpener were used in the kit (which will be used soon!). The pencils were high quality, nice colors, never broke. The eraser got the job done. The paintbrushes were the right size (it's so nice to paint with new brushes!). We didn't even have to get out a drawing pencil as the kit came with two. This is the perfect family activity - all ages can have fun. The kit supplying paper was the best - we sat down and started creating! Thank you for the opportunity to try this high quality product. It's highly recommended!

Overall, I enjoy using this product. It has a lot more items than I thought it would have. I genuinely love that it has watercolor pencils in addition to watercolor tube and palette. This makes it a great product because you can experiment with different forms of watercolors. This is something I would gift an aspiring artist or someone who is starting watercolors. As an artist myself, I do think this kit provides adequate items for beginners.

I really liked this watercolor set and it's super handy for traveling or painting on the go! Basically everything you need is in the kit so I can see myself taking it with me to the park to paint some scenic views. The paints are decent quality and I love that it includes the paint tubes, paint cakes, and watercolor pencils so you have options when it comes to making your art! Super lightweight and I believe this a great option to get a beginner set up, as well as for the experienced painter to use as a travel set. So far, all the provided supplies have been good quality and I appreciate the drawing sheets included as many kits I've had don't provide that! I definitely recommend this Art Alternatives set and I'm sure it will last me a while so it's totally worth it!

Such a great on the go paint set for beginners! My daughter and I love everything art, so this little set is perfect. We can sketch, color and/or paint. I love that it allows my daughter to try out different mediums that she has not tried before. I really like that it has paper in the set also which most of the on the go kits do not include. The case that it came with is great too, it is metal so I know it will last longer than others. Overall a nice little kit.

I received the Art Alternatives Watercolor Art Set to try out. The set comes in a sturdy metal box that keeps all the art products separated. I like that the pencils and the paints don't fall out when you open it. The set also included paper so I was able to use the paints right away. They color selection was also great, providing me with the ability to mix colors to shades that I wanted. It will last me a bit before I will need to get more supplies. D Would buy this product!

its been in the shipping box just opened it last night the corner was mashed ,dented the box was not damaged so that tells me that the person who put the art case in the box knew it was already damaged i wish i had opened it sooner
