Splendid- I do have one area where you can improve. You need to get every color in the 96 set available as a single color four pack. For example, I use fog gray as a first layer on many skin tones, and it's not available currently as a 4 pack. I don't want to have to buy a huge set to get one color, if you come out with the entire range as refills I shall be a customer and advocate for life :)

I love the option to be able to buy your single favorite color (or multiple) in a pack. If you love blues, buy a few of your favorite shades that go with your ocean theme. Keep one as a backup in your studio and one in your backpack. You can mix and match your own palette of brush pen colors!

I purchased a set for my daughters. One of the pens was dry and wouldn’t work. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement right away. My girls love their pens.

We love your products and the quality generally. In this specific order we found a few of the pens to be dried out an unusable as we checked the order. Not worth the cost to return them but worth the time to point it out.

Like these brush pens very much. Grateful that pens are available in a 4 pack of one color (do not have to purchase a full set if not needed). I tend to have favorite colors and this method of purchase works well for me.

I love using these pens and as an art teacher, I let older elementary kids use them. I would like however, a more lengthy video on how to use them so that I can show the kids. Don't know if this is possible, but it would be very helpful.
