I did not know what the camera to get it started took it back to Walmart the employees didn't know how either I got a phone I cannot get set up I don't know about the sim card are even if I have one so I a phone I cannot get set up

I bought this for my elderly family member who has failing eyesight, and hearing aids. The volume is loud the buttons are large and i truly believe it to be one of the best options available. Setup was as easy as taking the sim out of her old phone and putting it in this one. The only trouble I had was I had to manually transfer the contacts but that was not that big of a deal.

Bought this phone for my husband, it's a nice phone! He wanted something different so I had to return this phone.

I couldn't get it activated , with SIM card kit, it wouldn't work. This model has to have another SIM card and activation. Still don't have phone to use. I watched tutorial and still isn't clear how to activate this model. Bgt minutes from Tracfone and they're non refundable. Ph going back. Doesn't work. Thanks fie asking.

The first phone we got, didn't work correctly. The antenna had an issue. It would cut out without warning. The replacement, same phone, seems better so far. If it continues to work, a nice little phone.

Item did not work. It said I have until December 31 to return. Went to Walmart. Say it's not returnable to contact the third-party seller. I called their number and the number is disconnected. Walmart customer service gave me a toll-free number to contact Walmart and there are no help either do not buy.
