I'm happy that this phone worked out for me. I needed a basic phone since my Nokia flip phone battery died and fell apart. This phone has big buttons, and comes with a charging dock. I had ZERO problems using it as soon as I inserted the SIM card, it was automatically ready to go. It's GSM. Calls come in and go out no problem. I don't know why other reviews said they did. It has a few other features such as a light, and key lock switch but not much else thankfully I just need something to make and receive calls and it worked out perfectly. If you need a BASIC phone this is it! If you need something fancier with other features, go somewhere else. People DO need basic phones without the complaints. There's plenty of fancy phones out there. Others need this option. Thank you. 5/5 stars.

I purchased this phone for my 75 year old mother. The product advertises good for older people, this is not true. Other than the buttons being slightly larger than some phones. The phone is old technology having to go old school I had problems using it. I would not advise this device for older people especially if they are not very experienced with technology.

Hard to find coverage where it runs on 4g and when you do find coverage if you receive a text while on a call it'll drop the call. This phone was for an elderly parent and it didn't work. Waist of money I do not suggest for anyone.

I can't get it to work. I've charged it. It's got a SIM card in it and I cannot get it to come on and I'm giving it 24 hours or I'm gonna send it back.

the phone doesn't keep the time and date settings. it stays on 24 hours opposed to the 12 hour desired position. id like to exchange for same phone. just different. another.

i bought this because it was an "unlocked" phone but you can only use it with T-Mobile. That is NOT unlocked! now I have to return it and try to find another one!

the product says it is compatible with certain providers but when attempting to set up, the providers say the phone doesn't work with them. (would cost about $85 non refundable to even try).

Beware, states phone is unlocked but could not activate with my fathers provider. Money down the drain, because we can not return it.
