The bed only came with one spring, and 4 are needed 2 for left a rest and 2 for head rest. Therefore there's no support, also the screws and round piece are missing for that same part, that's about 8 missing pieces. Due to this I had to cancel appointments once it is unsafe. So upsetting . DO NOT BUY!! I reached out to the seller immediately after I revived my chair because the stitching and the headrest was defective. They responded back to me asking for more photos then disappeared. They claim to respond back quickly but that is not the case. If your chair is broken or if anything is wrong with it, good luck. I would recommend to buy somewhere else where the seller is more responsive. On top of that issue I finally plugged in the chair and realized that the bottom foot area keeps slamming down. The metal for the feet part to stay up does not fit correctly. It just slams down into a sitting position at any slight movement. Do yourself a favor and find your chair somewhere else and don't deal with the same headache as me.
