For my beginner 5 year old daughter she loves it. Absolutely easy to use, and very good quality. I get to teach her how to take care of paint, canvas, and brushes at a very young age. As an artist your tools can last forever if you take care of them, I'm teaching my 5 year old now how to do that. I love it

I bought this for my daughter because she really enjoys art. She liked the variety of materials that came with the set, it came with a variety of different sized brushes and palette knife, as well as mediums she could use to make her paint more transparent or give it more texture. She has used both of the canvases, but we just went and bought more because she still has quite a bit of paint from the kit left over.
