Soft, comfortable on your feet, they stay in place. They come folded and have creases, but don't worry they will work out completely in a couple days. They are a bit hard to vacuum, but for the price I'm not complaining. They also will stain very easy, (I think due to the velvety material) which I do not like. They say machine washable, however they are too big to throw in the washer and I do not have a good experience with this. They aren't too bad to use a rug washer on, though. Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase. As a side note, my 11 year old son loves to lay on the floor due to the softness of the carpet.

I returned it because it did not match my living room well. It was a lot of white. I want loving it. But it is nice for someone else just not me. Good price , good quality

The rug is nice light but a lil heavy, great color and it's washable

This is a beautiful rug. However, it's hard to vacuum. The rug pulls off the floor and sticks in the vacuum. It is very soft to walk on barefoot though.
