We received a Christmas card with a family photo of our old friends. It was a unusual size so I googled the size and found YOU! Received a great protected package! Looks great!

No hardware provided for hanging the frame. Otherwise, very nice Do you make half sizes? eg, 15 1/2 x 25 1/2 inches? (custom sizes) Overall the frame is very nice, lovely!! Thank you, Richard

The phot shows the frame to be red, but the word description, red on beech, is much more accurate. Wanted a flat red, but it's okay. Wish there were more color choices. Shipping took forever as according to the FedEx customer service rep, the shipper "chose the lowest form of FedEx" which meant it sat in Chicago for 8 days before moving on. There was a winter storm, yes, but it's Chicago and 8 days seems a bit much to sit in one spot while in transit. If you need a frame in a hurry, beware. Craftmanship seems decent and I'm happy with it for the price.

Came safely in one piece, a pretty good framing option for a wooden frame. Points off for having to nail my own saw tooth hook for hanging. I wish the red were more vibrant than it actually was.

I like the frame quite well. It was packed to a fare-thee-well and arrived in good shape. It took a little longer than I had hoped to receive it, but according to the time frame ArtToFrames indicated.

I like the color and size. The frame did have a divot in its surface. I believe I ordered the frame with the metal sawtooth hanging brackets. They were not in the box and had to purchase others and nailing them in was quite a headache.

The frame was true to size and the color was correct but it arrived with several scratches and dents that aren't removable. Pretty disappointed at how shoddy it looks.

I had great experiences buying the larger, custom made frames from here and thought the smaller frames would have the same level of quality. There were chips on ends of the paint, uneven paint distribution. The wood quality of the frames is still superior but to me not worth it.
