The frame arrived packaged so safely! It was perfect when I took it out of the box. It fits the square picture exactly as expected. I would purchase from this company again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a quality frame at a great price!

Item was back ordered but that was neither indicated on the website nor in my order confirmation, so I waited about 6 weeks for my frame. But worth the wait! Love it!

Despite the fact they lost this order and it was delivered 2 months after it was ordered and I had to follow up regularly with the Customer Service Rep. I got the item and was disappointed it was far more metallic than expected and the color was more of a brassy nature than a buffed gold. I wasn't super happy about it. I wouldn't get this again for several reasons including the really long delay. Which I would have been okay with if I had been getting updates on the status but they never updated the online order even so, I had no idea when or if my item would ever come.Super disappointed.

This frame was never delivered to me. I called customer service, who committed to sending a replacement. That was over 15 business days ago and still no replacement frame. Not sure if I'd ever order from them again unless a replacement is actually sent. Not sure how trustworthy this company actually is.
