The frames are beautiful. They are solid wood and well made. My pictures fit perfectly. Customer service is excellent.

It turned out the frame went out of stock after I placed my order. My only displeasure was that I wasn't notified when it went out of stock. I had inquired about the status since more time than typical passed and learned of the situation. I'm very happy with the frame.

I was skeptical, so I started with a smaller but not traditional size. My print was wide but not very tall. My frame arrived exactly as advertised and it is perfect. I have an old computer so I can't add a photo but there's a picture on my social media X page that shows it off beautifully. Placing my next order as soon as I'm done with this survey!

Every frame came out perfectly! I had a variety of special sizes from artists that did not paint standard size pictures. I was personally challenged to make sure I was measuring properly. I was so excited to receive the order and find I did a great job measuring and you did a perfect job framing!

I had an interesting dilemma. Photographs purchased years ago that did not fit in any normal-sized frame. So had to have them made special. Prices at local stores like Hobby Lobby were outrageous so I took a chance on ArtToFrame. It worked out great and I couldn't be any more pleased. My only concern was when I checked on my order the product had not been shipped when it was predicted to be. But in the end, the items showed up before I was told they would so in the end, perfect. Frame is nice and arrived within about a week. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size to I ordered another one and just kept the other. I am sure I can put it to use.

Nice wood frame, great color that matched the image. Only slight letdown was that the hanging piece was not connected to the frame, and it wasn't one that had screws, nor did the frame had pre-drilled holes - it just had pegs so I had to center it myself and pound it into the frame with the hammer which poses a risk of splitting the wood. Didn't care for that approach to the hanging hardware, otherwise all is very satisfactory.

I didn't realize the back of these frames is just a piece of cardboard. Would prefer a more solid back like a normal frame offers. Especially since I bought a few frames in traditional sizes that are priced the same as something I could get in a store and would have an actual back to it. Kind of a rip off. I've never purchased a frame that only had a cardboard back before, seems very cheap. I expected some chip board or something sturdier.

Hope you are well. My frame arrived 4/9/22 in a box that was in good condition and was wrapped well. However, upon removing the acrylic and cardboard backing I realized that one long side of the frame is warped (I already emailed support the photo). The other 3 sides look fine. It's noticeable enough that it would leave a gap where my art would go and probably would jut out from the wall once mounted up. How can we best fix this issue?
