I had ordered custom made mats from Etsy awhile back for my daughters' school photos and was looking for frames to fit the unusual size. I stumbled across art to frame online and was in awe of the variety of options they had for wood/ frame options. I had a tough time deciding Which frame to get but ultimately went with a whitewashed wood. I could not be happier with my purchase. The frames came safely wrapped and packaged and faster than I expected. The quality of the wood is great and the color is exactly as described. The frames compliment my white washed mat perfectly! I cannot wait to get them on display in my home. The hanging brackets are packaged separately and not attached to the frame, so you can hang in the orientation, etc that you desire. After spending countless hours looking for a replacement frame for a unique sized print, I was able to get exactly what I needed from ArtToFrames. The ordering process was easy and I received my frame quickly! I will definitely order from them again.

I had recently completed 3 stadium puzzles in my time spent at home during covid while nearly everything was closed. I wanted to frame the puzzles when I was done. They were all the same size, but I only ordered one initially to make sure the dimensions would be correct. I have ordered multiple frames from here and they are all very good and have always been the perfect size, but still wanted to be sure as it was an odd size. I understand with the times currently many places are working with reduced numbers and I saw after I placed the order this company is using some of their resources to make face shields, so that explains some of the delay. Just wish this could have been made more clear that delays can be expected when I placed the order. On the order confirmation page it says shipment expected in 7-14 days. After that time frame passed without receiving shipment notigication, I looked at the conformation email closer and saw an estimated ship date nearly a month after the order date. It did ship before this date. I understand the cause for the delay. Just would be nice to see a notice before/while I placed the order. If I had known about the delay in shipping I would have ordered all three and trusted my past experiences with this company would ensure the frame would work, which it did. I ordered the two additional frames the day I received and confirmed the first one. I don't often have the need to frame things, but the first time I did was for a large movie poster. I did some research and stumbled on this company. Website is easy to use, and the product is very good. There are definitely better products on the market, but I am not framing expensive works of art. Mainly posters. Excellant for that. Every time I unbox a frame I am thoroughly impressed by the care they take in packing the frames.

I love my frame, it is great quality and exceeded my expectations. The packaging was beyond perfect with no chance of my frame being damaged. However, i waited 9 weeks for my package to arrive. Leaving my valuable art sitting around, would purchase again, just maybe not online if theres a home store

I definitely wish I had upgraded to the better glass option for my frames. It's obvious when they're on the wall that they are plastic by the bend in them and the glare from the windows is a bummer too. I also wish they came with the hanging tools installed on the back because I had a hard time doing that myself. Overall, I do like the look of the frames though. And for $60 for two 20 x 30 frames, I got what I paid for.

Site easy to use and choices and options are amazing. IT took a month to get frame and when it arrived there were scratch marks on three of four corners. Thankfully I chose a black painted frame and black sharpie made it look okay (as sending back frame was undoable). Also two of the corners are not flush - seemed like the cuts were not sharp so there is a small gap in the mitered joint. The glass is cut very roughly and not square. This frame is okay for print of an original watercolor, but i would be hugely disappointed if I were hanging some thing of value.
