Photographed the flamingos at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens in Sarasota, Florida. Manipulated the images to create a story. Heavily beaded the entire image. Finally, framed it perfectly!

I needed a frame, quickly for an auction for a beloved local school in Richmond VA Fox Elementary School that had a terrible fire destroyed the school. Hope you are well. My frame arrived 4/9/2020 in a box that was in good condition and was wrapped well. However, upon removing the acrylic and cardboard backing I realized that one long side of the frame is warped (I already emailed support the photo). The other 3 sides look fine. It's noticeable enough that it would leave a gap where my art would go and probably would jut out from the wall once mounted up. How can we best fix this issue?
