I was very apprehensive about an on-line frame order. But I am familiar with how to order them, so I felt like I could do so without much trouble. I navigated through the website and found what I was looking for. The frame I picked out came in, exactly as I had anticipated, it was well-packed, and it arrived a day early. This is the only website I use to order non cheap feeling frames, whether it be for my own prints or for a drawing commission im doing. This one came in a few days before it was estimated so that was a pleasant surprise!

Ordered 6 of these frames for some prints I'm hanging in my home office. They were sent in two boxes, one arrived perfectly intact, and the other box had 2 of the 3 glass panes shattered. Frankly, I'm pretty impressed Fedex managed to shatter 2 panes of glass without damaging the box. Otherwise, good frames and true to color.

In the past, my frames have arrived with wrapped glass, preventing it from being nicked or smudged. While the frame is beautiful, the glass was unfortunately, not wrapped over and came nicked.

The frames are great quality. I don't like to use the hardware that is included so I use picture wire to hang them.
