Trying to find a frame in centimeters was impossible until I found this website. The picture fits perfectly and the price was very reasonable!

The frames are beautiful. They are solid wood and well made. My pictures fit perfectly. Customer service is excellent.

I love art to frames, they have helped me quite a few times! I needed a frame, quickly for an auction for a beloved local school in Richmond VA Fox Elementary School that had a terrible fire destroyed the school. I wanted to donate an odd-sized image 19x9 & because I am always running late, I placed the order with limited time to spare. As always it arrived in AMAZING packaging, in pristine condition, well constructed, exactly like I ordered. It is was easy to place the photography in & deliver it in time for the auction. Thank you as always! I do not buy frames anywhere else.

love my frame so much- it looks way more expensive than it is, which is always a plus. extremely high quality and sturdy, looks exactly like it did online. my only suggestion would be that there should be included instructions on how to instal the sawtooth hanging apparatus, but even that is not a huge deal.

The frames are true to size and very sturdy, but the black finish is chipped on every corner of 8 picture frames and the cardboard protected that were placed on corners rubbed off some of the black finish off the raised areas on the front of the frame. All of them will need touch up paint to look nice as a gift.

The top was chipped, and it didn't happen in transit because it was still brown, and there was no wood chip. I decided I would deal with it since it's on the upper part. I have hung the picture and the frame just looks so cheap! It looks nothing like the corner picture

Our order arrived broken on Saturday July 18, the Fedex driver had to know it was broken as soon as we moved the box you could hear broken Glass, we tried calling your customer service 2 times on Monday july 20, no answer left messages twice, tried the online chat it does not work either, we placed the order on June 18 and we do not want to wait for a replacement, we want a refund!!!!!! if we don't hear from you soon we will dispute with our CC Company. The picture of the 16X20 frame looks so wide & chunky & expensive in the picture. Looks like it would be like 4 or 5 inches wide. I was really excited for the frames. But so disappointed when (it ) arrived. It was only 1 inch wide & looks cheap! I won't even use it. & I had ordered 3 & only recirculation 1. I'm very disappointed!

Hope you are well. My frame arrived 4/9/2020 in a box that was in good condition and was wrapped well. However, upon removing the acrylic and cardboard backing I realized that one long side of the frame is warped (I already emailed support the photo). The other 3 sides look fine. It's noticeable enough that it would leave a gap where my art would go and probably would jut out from the wall once mounted up. How can we best fix this issue?
