The picture frame is of high quality and design. It's a great addition for my artwork.

I love the look and quality of this picture frame. It's sturdy, and accommodates a foam board picture. It comes with 2 nails and heavy gage wire to hang.

Our son had a puzzle made with several pictures from our trip to Egypt. Completion of the puzzle made us decide it would look great on our wall. Art to Frame made the ordering process very easy. The frame arrived in perfect condition matching my measurements exactly. It looks great.

This is a well made frame. You get to attached the hangers on the back. It is not real glass but rather plexiglass, that is my reason for a 4 star rating.

Frame and plexiglass sheet look great. I like that it's not glass inside, but looks like it. My only complaint is that the hanging hardware needs to be attached and that the backing is just a piece of cardboard with the little prongs that hurt your fingers bent over it. So it's a paint to open and close and takes “assembly” to be able to hang.

I ordered a black 16X20 and what I gotten was a picture frame with wines yellow ish 20x20. If you don't have the frame then please don't sell one on here.

Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one. When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.
