Absolutely amazing product, I had an odd shaped jigsaw puzzle to frame and mount and could not find any available at the standard on-line jigsaw puzzle suppliers. This frame was perfect and made displaying easy and very professional looking. Would definitely recommend this site and will use them for future jigsaw puzzle mounting. Well worth the investment!

This is one of the great ways for a reasonable cost to frame a piece that is not a standard size. The smaller size included glass which was a nice touch. I would order again from Art to Frame. I am already planning to get another special size frame.

So, I'm admittey not a very handy person. This thing came without the hooks attached; just the parts in a little bag, without any instructions. I've got a PhD, but not in frame-putting-togethering. Dang thing just sat on my desk for two months before I even got up the gumption to try assembling it, and I wasn't even strong enough to get the screws in. Really, is this how artsy fartsy frames come or something? I'll get my future frames at the Dollar Tree.

I purchased a 12.5x19 frame on oct 2nd and the package was delivered just fine. Upon opening the box and frame, there was no backing to the frame except a cardboard sheet. When I removed the sheet from the frame, I noticed the edges of the glass was cracked and there were tiny shards of glass. I've tried to contact customer service a couple of times but have not heard a response yet.

This frame is so cheap! It looks nothing like the photo. I tried to return to Walmart but was told I had to contact the seller and return by mail. Ill never buy online from Walmart or this seller again.
