The shipping was actually pretty fast than I expected, but I was super satisfied because of the price and quality! I could not find 16x16 frame anywhere but ArtToFrames was one of the few places that sold them. I will definitely order from here again!!

Surprised how quickly this shipped and arrived, and the frames came well packaged and were in excellent condition. Very happy with this purchase and I am glad I upgraded to the easy to hang option which allowed a set of 6 frames to be hung with ease.

Easy to remove backing and add poster. Poster fit perfectly. Pricing+shipping was still a little steep for me but this service the and options chosen were the cheapest I could find for such unusual dimensions and from a company that appeared reputable enough to not ship a damaged or difficult-to-deal-with product. Ikea should take note from you guys on how to ship glass. Happy with my purchase and will use this service in the future for any other uncommon frame sizes.

Received my shipment faster than estimated, everything intact, and got my son's artwork hung on his wall to complete his room. Frames were accurate to size and color. Packaging can be large, so beware of your shipping address since you could receive an oversized package. Ensure your delivery destination can accept it. Package arrived sooner than estimated date, and everything was intact! Thanks!

This is my second custom frame. Both were true to size and true to color/style. If I were framing something more important, I would upgrade from this frame, but for what I was framing, it is fine. Paying $50 instead of $250 for a custom frame is a great deal.

Frames where correct size, and fast shipping. Only complaint is that I sent an email to customer service prior to product being shipped about the 20% off first order email after I already paid for the items (received on the same day). Never heard back from customer service.
