I REALLY am SO pleased with the 4 frames (all the same). The frame highlights my artwork. Packaging was exceptional. The only complaint is glass in one of the frames had a 2 scratch which was only noticeable once I placed the matted artwork in it. If you can send me a new 12 x 16 glass that, that would be very much appreciated. I plan to order more frames in the future. Nice to not have to depend on the big box stores for all my framing needs. Thanks!

It's so hard to find nice frames for cross stitch when most patterns aren't 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10, so I'm so happy to have found this site. Got to pick exactly the frame I wanted, in exactly the odd size I wanted, and the price for both the custom frame and the shipping were so affordable! The quality is excellent and the packaging was superb, frame got here quickly and in tip-top shape. Definitely bookmarking this site as my first stop whenever I need an odd-size frame in the future!
