I do Diamond Dotz and they are of odd sizes. I was having a hard time finding frames until I cam upon Art to Frames site. I thought I'd try and they are a win win for me. Love the fact they are able to do any size you need. The quality of the frames is great. I get the clear acrylic for the top. Acrylic is covered in plactic so it doesn't get scratched. You peel it off when ready to frame. Easy to frame your art work. Tabs in back you lift up and push back when assembled. Easy peasy! I highly recommend this company for any future framing you need.

Our son had a puzzle made with several pictures from our trip to Egypt. Completion of the puzzle made us decide it would look great on our wall. Art to Frame made the ordering process very easy. The frame arrived in perfect condition matching my measurements exactly. It looks great.

I recently purchased several frames for gifts. When I received them one was damaged and two were the wrong size ( my fault, not theirs). I called and spoke to Mary who was so helpful. She issued me a credit for the damaged frame and helped me with returning the others for a replacement. Now I'm ordering several more frames.

After unpacking the 18x24 frame I ordered, I noticed about a half dozen locations around the front and outside edges of the frame where the black coating over the MDF had been scraped or chipped away, revealing the natural MDF color underneath. This obviously presents an issue with how the frame looks when mounted on the wall, and detracts from the overall appearance. This is the first time I've run into this sort of issue with an ArtToFrame order (I've ordered the same style of frame multiple times in different sizes), so I'm willing to provide some benefit of the doubt, but I'm not happy about the condition issue.

Price point? Acceptable. Quality? Poor. Every frame arrived broken, and all in the same general manner/area. Sure, I can levy some blame at FedEx (the literal WORST), but clearly these frames are NOT well constructed of they all break in the same spot and manner. Having said that, I'm a resourceful type of person, so I was able to both repair AND restore all the frames, but CAVEAT EMPTOR—you get what you pay for.

Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one. When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.
