This is the fifth frame I've ordered in this style, very well made and I like the slight detail of the natural edge.

I had an interesting dilemma. Photographs purchased years ago that did not fit in any normal-sized frame. So had to have them made special. Prices at local stores like Hobby Lobby were outrageous so I took a chance on ArtToFrame. It worked out great and I couldn't be any more pleased. My only concern was when I checked on my order the product had not been shipped when it was predicted to be. But in the end the items showed up before I was told they would so in the end, perfect. You're company is amazing! This frame looks and feels great and the price was way less than I thought it would be for a custom frame. For only $6 more than a crappy Walmart frame you get 10x the quality. I didn't think that was possible. It perfectly fit my picture and it looks beautiful hanging on my wall. I needed some ready made frames for some art that I did not want to have expensively framed, however they we're not matted to a standard size. The frames I ordered from ArtToFrames we're just what I was looking for. The price was extremely affordable and the frames arrived with amazing speed! They we're also nicely constructed. I absolutely love arttoframes I had two 2525 art pieces that I couldn't find frames for, so went on the internet to get custom frames, everyone else's custom frames were outrageously priced. Ordered from arttoframes and they are beautiful! Just ordered another smaller frame recently and it is also great! Came a little "dirty" but nothing I couldn't smudge off easily, it's expected when something is hand made.

I did not receive a proper invoice on line or with the product. I assume it was enclosed with the packing slip on the outside of box but my address was that of a US parcel pickup store. They might have disposed of it. I like your products and the 12 x 16 is hard to find. Only one of my choices wasn't satisfactory to me. My fault.

Two of the three items arrived in poor condition with nicks, marks, and peeling. Hoping to get a replacement but still waiting to hear back.
