I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I framed a 2000 piece puzzle and got a custom made frame and it turned out so beautifully! The frame was very large and the packaging was phenomenal. I felt like I was unwrapping a museum piece. Top notch! I can't say enough about the quality of the frame, customer service, and shipping/packaging. Wow!!!

I've ordered from ATF several times and always been happy with the quality and speed of getting the frames. I like that you have different options for glass depending on where you want to land price wise. Quality of the frames has always been what I expected. I also really like that although they are not local to me, they are a locally owned company.

Picture frame looks nice but arrived over a week late and is plastic instead of wood which makes the price seem crazy. There's no glass as well which, maybe I didnt read about beforehand, but it was a surprise to me and makes it feel sort of cheap. Overall I DO like my frame and we kept it for our picture, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to friends

The quality of the frame corners could be a bit better. Otherwise, I'm happy with the frame.

I have been ordering from you for a couple of years and have recommended you. I like your frames and the variety you offer. But you have been totally unavailable by phone or chat when I have had questions. The issue with this frame is that the Styrene was scratched. I had to buy glass because I could not wait for a replacement. When I asked for a credit you asked for proof of what I paid for the replacement. In my opinion this is not good customer service. I would like to keep doing business with you, I am an artist, but please take care with customer service. Thanks!

It came broken. Most likely in transit, but I can't get any response from the seller.
