This was my 2nd order, loved my 1st and knew I would love the next. Even though I realized I ordered the wrong size when I opened it I know I will not return it as the frame is even better looking than I thought and I am sure I will have something to put into it.

I'm so glad I discovered ArtToFrames. The pricing was super competitive and I feel I got a great value for these gorgeous frames. The only thing I would change is that I'd love to see the backing secured with the type of tabs that swivel, versus the ones that bend up and down. I'm always nervous of snapping this type and the swivel style makes it easier to change out the picture.

I wanted some 12x12 frames to frame a few scrapbook pages and I didn't think I would find a frame in that size. I came upon this site and was so glad I found it. I really appreciate the size selection. Love the navy blue color. But their were imperfections, like a small chip on the corner and on spot with a ton more wood showing thru than any of the other sides on 2 frames. It wasn't enough to bother trying to return. But I expected the frames to be perfect for the price.

I have never ordered through this company and the frame arrived with the glass in a million pieces, the mat I ordered was missing, the frame is bronze not gold and the backing of the frame is cheap cardboard'you are better off going to Home Goods I've also tried calling this company and submitting an online form to tell them about the issues and have received no response
