Perfect Rookie Experience
Ordered frame in odd size for a poster. Placed order online on Saturday night. Order was completed and shipped Monday and I received it Tuesday morning. The frame was packaged well and arrived with no marks. Could not be happier with results and will be ordering mor!

Perfect
Frame was perfect! I got a print without a frame when I was in Ireland that was a off size. I was very happy when I found this web site. I was able to get a frame that fit the picture perfectly.

Scratched in several places but otherwise fine
I assume this was a shipping issue but there are white scratches on the corners of the frame that were a bit disappointing considering the black one managed to come through perfectly. But I will be ordering more so maybe the next one will be better. They are great frames in general.
