And I've taking this at the start of my workday. Keeps me sharp for my meetings and include ingredients that support mental clarity throughout the day. Especially with reports. As a legion athlete, it's a must for my monthly supplement restock.
I've been a follower of Mike since before Legion even existed and I will never buy from another supplement company. If you DYOR you'll see there is no comparison in quality of ingredients and overall effectiveness. I'm getting my life in order and need to be focused and alert. . Ascend definitely gives me extra alertness and focus I need to accomplish more. A+
Ascend has been one of the most beneficial and fantastic products I've ever taken, hands down. When it first came out this past winter, I decided to add it to my order of pre-workout just to try it out after reading some positive reviews. After a few days of taking it, I started to notice a newfound motivation for everything. It seemed as if I had a calendar in my head with my schedule COMPLETELY planned out on it. Within the months following my start of taking ascend, I've began the start of a college focused nutrition business, as well as landing my first internship. All on top of taking 18 credits and working 25 hours a week. (: I'm an extremely motivated person otherwise, but Ascend seems to give me that extra “edge” I need to let me do just a little bit extra. Ascend is worth every penny considering the quality of the ingredients in it, and the clinical doses of each. I would recommend taking it on your buisiest days to stretch the servings out just a bit in order to save some money. Ascend is my new favorite Legion supplement so far. If you've tried other Legion product, you'll definitely want give this a try (especially with coffee)
I tried splitting the doses at first, and maybe I drink too much coffee but it didn't seem to have much effect. However when I did a full dose all at once I definitely felt some mental sharpness. Not in the jittery (too much caffeine kind of way), but the smooth and controlled focus kind of way. Definitely recommend if you need some help with studying or taking an exam, or doing anything in general!
It's difficult to really measure improvements with nootropics, however, this one helped improve my focus and mindset after taking it for a few weeks. I will certainly reassess it after two bottles as one of the components needs to be taken daily in order to have full benefit. A very good addition in your stack of supplements while it is convenient and safe to buy from Legion Athletics.
I have bought the ingredients separately prior to using ascend, so having them “all in one”, makes it easier. As with similar products or combining ingredients, it works. Nothing too strong, but I definitely notice a sharper focus and don't need the second coffee. However, after reordering, the new product I received has different ingredients. Oat (avena sativa) extract seems to have replaced citicoline. Please explain.
I has good effect, feels sharper, but it causes diarrhea even with split doses, spend the time im bathroom :(
Good generally from a nutrition standpoint. Would really enjoy a less artificially sweet taste. It's pretty bad and overwhelming. Maybe just kill the flavor all together! Mixed into a smoothie, you don't need it!
Did this give anyone else explosive diarrhea?! Loved the pick me up but it's not worth the risk of pooping my pants at
I've tried it several times, but this nootropic always seems to cause significant stress on my body and mind. I'm sure it's formulated well as I've used almost all legion products. But I accidentally subscribed to this one and have several bottles :(
