And I've taking this at the start of my workday. Keeps me sharp for my meetings and include ingredients that support mental clarity throughout the day. Especially with reports. As a legion athlete, it's a must for my monthly supplement restock.
Been having minor headaches but it might not have anything to do with the product, don't feel caffeine like energy or whatever but I have noticed my reflexes have gotten faster and more precise ie. catching things right after they slip etc. Clearer and faster thought processesing and better memory nice product would buy again
I have only been taking this product for a day and I already have noticed significant benefits. I have a sharper memory, notice small details more, I am able to focus more intently and for longer periods, my multitasking has improved dramatically, and my reaction times have also improved. A possible indirect benefit is that I feel more confident and self assured in my ability to pursue my long term Goals and Achievements of excellence. I would guess that I feel this way because I feel like my mind is now capable of doing much more in the same amount of time. Ever seen the movie limitless? It's kind of like that. . . It is a a strange feeling, but it is positive. The best way I can describe it is that my mind feels more "clear" while on this supplement. Thanks for sharing, Mike!
This stuff helps me get going and push through stressful days. Especially the days with high work loads. Being an engineer can be demanding, stressful. This helps boost my mood and I feel ready to accomplish any task. I never take the full dose. & I take it when I need it. I found taking it everyday diminished the intensity of the product over time. When I begin to feel mentally fatigued, I add this into my morning routine along with the multivitamin, jnt support, fish oil, and vitality supp. The days I combo this with Vitality, I feel a huge boost in mood & energy and my focus. Fantastic product. Just do not overuse or you'll feel a crash.
I stocked up back in November during the Black Friday sale, and at that time there was a very noticeable effect. I ran out for a few months and put off getting more, and noticed that strong ability to focus and communicate more effectively had gradually worn off. I therefore decided to restock when there was the recent sale, and boy I know for sure I can't be imagining this, that it really does work! Especially at a time when I'm really needing to study a lot as I am working toward getting some technical certifications and preparing for hard technical interviews. I stocked up for months as I don't want to be without this stuff!
I'm someone who's easily distracted in general, and the current landscape only makes it worse, and makes it easy to stray away for the important tasks. That's why I appreciate the little boost that Ascend provides for these times where I have important things to focus on, or highly technical tasks to accomplish. I feel it really helps me stay focused and think more clearly, and God knows we all need it in those days where it can be so easy to feel lost.
I has good effect, feels sharper, but it causes diarrhea even with split doses, spend the time im bathroom :(
Good generally from a nutrition standpoint. Would really enjoy a less artificially sweet taste. It's pretty bad and overwhelming. Maybe just kill the flavor all together! Mixed into a smoothie, you don't need it!
Did this give anyone else explosive diarrhea?! Loved the pick me up but it's not worth the risk of pooping my pants at
I've tried it several times, but this nootropic always seems to cause significant stress on my body and mind. I'm sure it's formulated well as I've used almost all legion products. But I accidentally subscribed to this one and have several bottles :(
