A must for your 9-5

Dustin H. September 10, 2025

And I've taking this at the start of my workday. Keeps me sharp for my meetings and include ingredients that support mental clarity throughout the day. Especially with reports. As a legion athlete, it's a must for my monthly supplement restock.

Noticable difference

Mike H. February 26, 2020

I opted to try both dosages, 4 in the morning or 2 with breakfast and then 2 with lunch and there was a huge difference in my days. My job requires me to be extra focused and problem solve quickly and on the go and I just feel clearer in my days now. It's no miracle pill by any means but it definitely helps clear the brain fog I'd get some days. I only supplement on work days because I dont want to waste its value when it's not necessary. Absolutely buying again and again!

Ascend, placebo or legit?

Joey C. April 15, 2023

I was having terrible recovery and brain fog for the last month or so. I started Ascend and after a week, I started have less brain fog and more focus. Now, is it the properties in Ascend or other lifestyle factors (better diet, recovery supps or better sleep). I guess the only way to find out is, after I'm done with the bottle, stop taking Ascend and see how I function afterwards. Or if anyone has any better ideas to test out the effects, please let me know.

I am in for the long run

Walter F. February 23, 2021

Once the effects kicked in slightly in and I actually remembered to take it daily, it's like a miracle! Just kidding. . . Well, there is some truth to it: I really kept forgetting to take it regularly, which is the only way it makes sense. So I ordered the monthly refill to not have an excuse once the next bottle shows up. In terms of effect: To be honest, it is nothing obvious, there are no immediate performance boosters included. I did some google research, and it seems to me that it's all legitimate ingredients that have been clinically researched. So I'll keep taking it and hope for the best that i stay lucid till I am old :relaxed:?.

Honestly, I'm amazed

Kevin T. August 26, 2018

I've only been taking this for four days, but I've noticed a marked improvement in my motivation and productivity since taking it. It doesn't really have impactful side-effects like jitters or even a noticeable change physiologically. I've just felt much more motivated to be productive. It's honestly kind of amazing to me. $40 may seem like a little bit to be shelling out, but when you consider the impact it has on your overall quality of life when you're ultra-productive, it's well worth it. Pull the trigger, honestly.

Interesting Product

Jacob July 10, 2021

This supplement seems to be good when I combined it with Lions Mane mushroom. However, I do believe it is supposed to be taken consistently to build up over time. I wasn't able to take it long enough to reap the full benefits due to the price, however, the ingredient profile is very good when compared to competing products.

Good macros, tough flavor

Richard H. May 26, 2025

Good generally from a nutrition standpoint. Would really enjoy a less artificially sweet taste. It's pretty bad and overwhelming. Maybe just kill the flavor all together! Mixed into a smoothie, you don't need it!

Risky but effective

Amanda June 24, 2025

Did this give anyone else explosive diarrhea?! Loved the pick me up but it's not worth the risk of pooping my pants at

This one is really not for me unfortunately

Dorien A. August 24, 2025

I've tried it several times, but this nootropic always seems to cause significant stress on my body and mind. I'm sure it's formulated well as I've used almost all legion products. But I accidentally subscribed to this one and have several bottles :(
