Perfect size fits alongside my laptop with no issues surrounding the area. Love the look and that it's electric. Gettingbtired of having to power items up to a usb base. Might be great for travel but at 73 yrs old I only travel once a year. I like stationary appliances. Guess I'm too old for new technology. My wife uses this cup warmer. It looks much better than the one she used to have and so far has worked perfectly. She's very happy with it and the price was reasonable.

i am looking for a battery operated mug warmer especially for when the power goes out. my bad, i did not read everything about this particular product. it is nice, compact, it is a good size and it does not take up to much space on your tables. i bought 2 , i will keep one and send the other back. i did some research on the battery operated mug warmer and found 4 , price ranges from $25-35, and comes with coaster, warmer, mug, temperature control, and lid. because of the cord and non slip warmer, you should watch over it when animals and children are around

After a few weeks the on/off button quit working. I have to plug it in to turn it on. The cord is very short. It should be at least 5' long for desk top use. The heat has become less and less with use.

It did heat. However, knowing it's purpose is to keep liquids warm, is NOT moistureproof. Baby wipes should be purchased at same time. Will need to clean heating element each cup, or cup will stick to heating unit. Also, every few cups, need to push wipe with fingernail between heating unit %26 plastic to clean %26 prevent unit quit working.

This item is very nice looking, and does a good job of keeping coffee hot, however, the auto shut off has never worked. That it was supposed to, is one of the main reasons I bought it. I don't use it as much, its in my sewing room, so i didn't bother trying to return or get a refund. I dont think I would recommend this warmer.

The product is advertised as having multiple levels of heat.This product does not, it's either on or off.It's also described as having an automatic shut off.It does not.I left it on 1 day just to check it out.And it was on eight hours later , disappointed!

What I received is not an auto shut off and the button is hard to push on and off! If don't cover the cup, it's not as warm as if covered - this is a hassle! I like the color.

I have only had this product a few weeks. Used it a couple times a week at my desk. And now it doesn't work. No, I did not get it wet. No I did not leave it on. It was used properly and it quit working. I want my money back.

This barely even hates it all and it doesn't keep anything warm. The only thing good about it is the color. It is very pretty but pretty does not keep my coffee warm. These are very cheaply made, and I would highly advise nobody to buy one of these, but spend one on more money because you at least you know you're getting your moneys worth.
