Well made furniture, easy to assemble

Love It
The chair is firm but when you sit in it you want support not sinking in beside that reclined it's comfortable with adjustable headrest. The material is very soft and has great storage in both armrest. Has tons of features on it. Great buy for price!

Awsome recliner
I usually can't nap in a recliner. The first day I got this one I fell asleep in it. Very comfy. Also its vert sturdy which I like.

Just received my chair 2
Just received my chair 2 days ago, great store service and delivery, after a couple days sitting in it it is all I hoped it to be except the seating area is very uncomfortable due to the seam area , not sure of a solution except hope it wears down the seams but is not helping my arthritis in my back area might have to use some sort of pillow or padding any suggestions would be welcomedŠ

Poor quality
The bench is collapsed and makes a noise from the moment we got it. It is not premium. Appears to be broken stayed on hold for 45 min trying to get help with this but nothing
