I absolutely love my new reclining furniture! it is very comfortable. I was concerned it would attract our family cat, like leather typically would, and cause a possible scratching issue but being "faux leather" it must not smell the same because she doesn't seem to be interested in it at all so far.

Can't do 4.5 stars, so I gave it 5 because the issue I have with the wireless charging isn't worth taking a whole star for. I love the firmness of this couch. As others have complained about, the seats are firm. But I love it. The design makes it easy for your legs to have support under the knees, reducing leg pain for me. The headrest has excellent neck support too. My only gripe is the wireless charging isn't worth awful. It heats your phone up past the safe limits (which reduces the life of the battery and phone) and it's very slow, meaning you have to have it exposed to that heat even longer. Very poor electronical engineering. Everything else is great.

We absolutely love our new sofa and loveseat. It supports our backs perfectly and the phone charger slot is so handy! We like having the motorized controls on the top of the arms…much easier to operate than most sets. The storage compartments are very convenient. We love the fabric and color! They aren't cold in winter weather, like other leather sets tend to be.

Absolutely amazing couch all around! The fabric is truly scratch-resistant — perfect for pets or kids. It still looks brand new even after lots of use. It's super comfortable, stylish, and feels really well made. The only tiny downfall is that I wish it was a little longer, but other than that, it's absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

We love the looks and features of this couch, which was purchased to replace a larger sectional couch in our great room. The looks are exceptional, and we love the quilt in wireless phone chargers, cup holders, and reading lights. The seating is very firm to the point of not being comfortable to sit or lay for any period of time. Even our 30 lb dog hesitates getting on the couch / staying on the couch. Durable - yes, but comfortable - not so much.

Love our new DuraPella sofa and love seat. Great back support and quite comfortable. Not as cushy as some leather recliner sofas but it is very durable and love the added benefits of the phone chargers and cup holders. Lights in the sofa are fabulous!

Very happy with this sofa. It is very comfortable. Having the choice of a full couch or putting the center section down to set drinks in the cup holders and placing iPads or phones. The charging station and storage in the arm rests are very convenient. The only suggestion I would make is that the adjustable headrest did not automatically come down when you are adjusting the recliner down. Sometimes you adjusting the incline and not actually putting the recliner completely down.

Not as comfortable as we thought it was going to be. The head rest has a wiggle to it. The footrest only comes all the way up when you are fully reclined. There are no cup holders unless you fold down the center console. The controls are in a prime spot to have liquids dumped on them. Time will tell I guess, but right now it's not our favorite couch.

If I'm being honest, I don't like it as much in my living room as I did in the showroom. My main issue is how far it has to sit away from the wall to be able to fully recline. The furniture itself seems well made and I do like the material the couch and matching chair are covered with. If had the chance I'd probably return the couch and chair and get the more plush feeling couch and chair covered in the Duracells. Thats

We have had this for a year now. It is comfortable and stain resistant (my kid even painted acrylic paint on it and it wiped off). However, it makes the most horrible squeaking noise now with getting up and sitting down and especially when reclining. It's awful and now we're stuck with them.
