Most durable furniture we've ever purchased by far! The head rest adjustment is game-changing in the comfort area. My wife and I have neck and back issues that make it very difficult to get in the right position to remain comfortable while watching a movie or sporting event. These reclining sofas and love seat allow the adjustment necessary for both of us to be comfortable for long periods of time!

We love it. It's so comfortable and the reclining portion of the seats are so smooth and easy to use. We haveonly had it a couple of weeks, so we hope that it continues to give us many years of comfort.

Bought two identical. Very nice pieces. Wish the love seat had lights as we would have preferred one couch and one loveseat instead of two couches. Was shocked to discover we could save a LOT of money identifying what we wanted in a local store BUT then ordering online!! Saved enough online we could pay for “white glove delivery' which is HIGHLY recommended!

Can't do 4.5 stars, so I gave it 5 because the issue I have with the wireless charging isn't worth taking a whole star for. I love the firmness of this couch. As others have complained about, the seats are firm. But I love it. The design makes it easy for your legs to have support under the knees, reducing leg pain for me. The headrest has excellent neck support too. My only gripe is the wireless charging isn't worth awful. It heats your phone up past the safe limits (which reduces the life of the battery and phone) and it's very slow, meaning you have to have it exposed to that heat even longer. Very poor electronical engineering. Everything else is great.

We absolutely love our new sofa and loveseat. It supports our backs perfectly and the phone charger slot is so handy! We like having the motorized controls on the top of the arms!much easier to operate than most sets. The storage compartments are very convenient. We love the fabric and color! They aren't cold in winter weather, like other leather sets tend to be.

We absolutely love this couch(!), and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. It is very comfortable, matches our existing furniture and everything works as it should, as well as it has features we didn't know were available but are very desirable! Our living room is now less cluttered and more organized with all the hidden storage.

We received the recliner on time and delivery was great. Customer service was great as well. However, I can't give the loveseat a 5 star because it doesn't sit like the one in the store. The store loveseat was much more comfortable. As soon as I sat on the delivered seat I felt like I was sitting on a rock.

Overall, this a very comfortable couch. We bought the couch and loveseat. The backs are higher than we are used to, so we are blocked off from the kitchen into the living room a little more. We didn't necessarily want that. Our console came with a "crease" that doesn't affect the functionality of it, but it looks awkward. One thing we didn't consider is that the couches need to be near outlets to power the recliners. That won't work for both couch and loveseat. We are working on running an extension cord (and a way to hide that) from the couch furthest away. The cords are a bit unsightly, but we are looking to find a solution.

Looks nice and I like the center storage and phone chargers. I wanted to love this but is so uncomfortable and firm. Felt better in the store and I dont remember the recliner feeling like being in the dentist chair. I wish my old ashley furniture couch could come back. I paid way to much for this , juat to hate it.

If I'm being honest, I don't like it as much in my living room as I did in the showroom. My main issue is how far it has to sit away from the wall to be able to fully recline. The furniture itself seems well made and I do like the material the couch and matching chair are covered with.If had the chance I'd probably return the couch and chair and get the more plush feeling couch and chair covered in the Duracells.
