I love the sofa. It looks better in person. If there were drill homes for the feet, it would be perfect. Also the live agent I spoke with could use some customer service professional development.

It's very comfy and suits my needs perfectly. The seats try to slide forward but I just push them back, not really a problem. Otherwise I'm pleased with the sofa

Sofas are firm but comfortable. I wish there was a little more padding on the inside of the arms . I bought these partly because the back cushions are attached. I hate having to rearrange cushions constantly. This is a gray color, as advertised, - until you put it next to something else that's gray. Then they have a bluish cast. Which doesn't match my rug! But that's my fault. It is a pretty color.

I'm more than satisfied with the sofa generally. The delivery guys were very nice and careful. Watched them unwrap it and place it. When unwrapped I noticed a few spots that were probably up to 2" square. I DID tell them that I felt it would probably come out and I would take cleaner to it. We both took pictures of the placed sofa.

Great couch for the price. Got it on sale and it’s soft to touch. It’s pretty firm and it does creak when I sit down on it like the wood is rubbing together (I bought two and they both do it). It’s roomy and the slate color is beautiful. I needed a low priced couch that looks nice and gets the job done. It’s great!

The width is a bit shorter than I anticipated. It feels like it would be a great couch if I just had a little more room to lounge forward in. If you're looking for a couples couch, maybe look for something a bit bigger. Otherwise, sturdy, good cushion, and looks nice.

It is so comfortable. I love that i can fully stretch out on it for a nap. It appears sturdy. The fabric is soft. I only have it 4 stars because I'm a fan of having a leg or support in the middle of the sofa. However it feels pretty solid. I would definitely recommend.

They are comfortable I’ll say that specially if you have back problem this is the support you need! The things i dislike are the material when you sit on it and get up it stretches material and makes it look ugly also cushions move there’s no velcro to hold them and no rubber material on feet of couch so they don’t move around also the price could’ve been better
