Staying Warm!
We used to heat with wood...but as we get older it has become a lot harder for us. We decided to try this heater and we are so glad we did!

Noisy
The issue I have is that it is noisy. It makes popping noise when heating up. Sometimes it wakes us up at night.

pilot assy design flaws
i own all three propane units... i really like all three, but.....multiple design flaws in the pilot assy. have been the only problems,...1...spark shorts to ground thru the ceramic surrounding the electrode....2..on the largest unit only, the solder holding the pilot assy. together melts, causing the failure of the seals,gas into living area, very bad...immedite shutdown.fix the piloy assy and all is good... but havnt got that far , my big unit is down. in winter weak solder,no weld.too hot

Unhappy
There was no blower and item came dented with box damaged. Not happy and returned it via Fedex on October 28, 2025 and still haven't been refunded yet!!
