Ashwagandha, Supports Anxiety & Stress, 120 Capsules, Double Wood Supplements

I started taking one Ashwagandha in the morning because I was anxious. It does seem to help. I now take two ashwagandha and one L- threonine a half hour before bed. I sleep much deeper and longer.

Acted as a diuretic and sleep aid for me. Not a good combination

I usually don't care about reviews but I have to with this one. When I use ashwa it sets me up for a positive day, as far as It helps with clearer thoughts and a great mood. Also at night it helps with waking up feeling fresh instead of grogginess if you deal with insomnia. Overall great product. I will buy again.

I love this supplement! From the very first day, i noticed an amazing increase in energy! I was shocked at how much I was able to get done each day preparing for the holidays! I hadn't felt this good in many years. That was at least two months ago and i'm still feeling better than I've felt in over 10 years! I don't want to be without this Ashwagandha!

I am reading more and more that the best ASHWAGANDHA has black pepper in it. I don't see it in yours

I like Doublewood supplements but your shipping is super slow compared to other supplement retailers. Placed order on 12/2 and received 10 days later!

I started taking this and started experiencing muscle weakness and severe fatigue. I just suggest that people watch for side effects.
