Works great and seller quickly provided great information when contacted.

Shipped/arrived much quicker than anticipated. Assembly was straightforward. Only minor adjustments necessary. ~40 miles in slight hilly terrain on first charge of battery, assisted with my pedaling. Has short wheelbase, turns somewhat quick. As is - a comfortable ride.

The original delivery date was August 15. We received it early on August 5. We also paid to have it assembled. It did not come assembled. We have requested our money returned for the assembly and it hasn't been returned yet. Also, we did not receive a charging cord and can't get a hold of anybody to find out about getting one.

The motor shuts off intermittently. It seems to happen going uphill. I rode it twice, and this happened to me 5 times. I had to shut it down and power back up to reset the motor. This would be an excellent bike for the price if it wasn't for this one issue.

they sent me the wrong bike!!!!. I talked to someone in customer service and then I never heard any thing more about it. The bike was supposed to be 500w 48v 20ah. What I received was 36v 350w 10ah bike. This is so far inferior that I would not have bought it!!!!!!!

This bike is a piece of junk. Don't buy it because they will not even consider a refund and give you a run around to even send parts. I am totally disappointed with them
