I like that the ebike has a headlight and taillight that also doubles as a working brake light. It also has splash guards on the front and back wheels. The only downside is the battery life is terrible. There are 3 modes on this bike: Eco, Drive and Sport. With the abysmal battery life you can pretty much forget about using Sport mode as you won't get far enough to experience it. Drive mode will last only if you're not traveling too far. Eco mode seems to be the best option but it cuts your max speed in half so you're only going 12 mph vs. the max 20mph. FYI bring the charger with you because you're going to be charging more than you're riding.
for the price, its a good buy, wish the battery life was better but my only complaint had it a few weeks so far so good!

Charges as advertised and long battery life.
Prior to purchase. Delivery date changed immediately after payment received. Could not hold at Pickup location due to "litium Battery " safety Measures. inconvenient in so many ways using Fedex App. Picked up package 5 days later than promised through Walmart over all 3 out of 5
After charging for 12 hours the battery is not working and the bike will not start. It was bought about a week bad a half ago and it is already having lots of issues. Speed is decent but as any dumb in the road the bike stops completely and needs to be fully reset to start again. I do not believe is it worth the money.
Pretty upset.. I purchased two of the ASKGO bikes and received something completely different. Spent almost $600 on bikes and I got cheap bikes. The bikes I received cave with the wrong manual and random parts in a bag. Had no idea on how to put it together and the bikes advertised 25 mph and they only go 15. Bikes are not worth the headache. And then to try and return them for a refund is a nightmare itself… still dealing with issue.
Mine showed up with charger not working/charging. For the price you pay, all should be working! No lights come on, no nothing!! Check it all over good!
does not last like it says and and also it is suppose to go up to 15 even going down hill
it sucks it won't turn on now we just bought it and on top I don't know who to contact
