Reduce cervical spine pain/Prevent further damage

Janet July 10, 2026

... I maintained my spinal cord with inversion tables over the last few decades, but due to getting older, an increase in MS symptoms, and the need to size down, resulted in my giving my inversion table away. Though this product only relieves cervical spine issues (I wear back braces/belts for thoracic and lumbar spine issues), an MRI recently revealed that is the worst section of spine (I was rear-ended in an MVA decades ago resulting in the straightening of the natural curve in the neck) altered is now "clinically unstable." Being a retired clinical/legal nurse (RN), I maintain the assessment-resolution mentality and have never allowed a delay in the same (i.e. no insurance, waiting for a doctor's appt. and diagnosis, etc.). Choosing natural interventions v. back surgery and therapy bills, for a worsening spine, now includes aquatic physical therapy 2x weekly, utilizing an array of neck/back/sciatic/rotator cuff neoprene support belts, as well as dietary/supplement excellence (especially high protein for healing the body on a cellular level), and giving the body a chance to heal, is as priceless as a second professional option prior to any consideration for surgery. This cervical vertebra heightener is a small, convenient, extremely affordable device that is ingenious. This C-spine decompression device, included utilizing all the other healthy/wise resolutions on a long-term dedicated routine towards optimal health, I have just bought a second one... I gave the first one to a senior neighbor whose neck is bad due to her choice of professions (Certified Nursing Assistant and EMS tech). This device qualifies for one that helps elevate neck pain. I highly recommend the soft cervical collars for sleep, too, ones made specifically for the same. Online photo/specs of inflatable neck collar are spot on.

I think it fits well, when you do pump the traction collar up it can be a little tight so be careful for that as it feels a little restrictive but I suppose thats the point to stretch amd create space in between the discs my doctors said to wear for 10 minutes a day 1- 2x daily all in all not bad for only 10$ w tax delivery in 2 days i have cervical ridiculopathy with no disc in between c5 c6 and c7 that part of my neck is all crunched causing a lot of pain i'll see how it goes and I'll update the review depending if i have any side effects that I don't like
