I have alpha-gal syndrome and had to change.... well, a lot of things. And pads were one. I got these to serve as regular pantiliners as well as on lighter period days, and they are fantastic. I love them. Never had a problem - they stay put and are easy to wash and dry as well. They might feel just a little bulky, at first, but you get used to them and won't know they're there. I love 'em.

these could be used for light incontinence as well, I like the fact that they snapped underneath rather than stick like the wings do I don't like the wings at all and these are washable and reusable and they stay in place I bought some for my teenage niece who loves them

I love these. I have some bamboo underwear that no pads will stick to at all and these were perfect. They stay in place very well. They feel very comfortable and would definitely purchase again and recommend them to others. I am post menopause so I only use them for small tinkle issues.

It twist and still gets your underwear stained and it doesn't absorb as good..
