Not only did this set deliver 2 days early, but it was relatively easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself until I got to the loveseat. I needed another person to hold the seat so I could screw it in, but overall it only took an hour and a half. The directions were easy to read and tools were all there. After putting it together, it’s quite comfy! I will be getting cushions for it, but only to give it a little pizzaz. It really doesn’t need cushions. I would say that it’s not meant for tall people, but my husband is 6ft tall and seems to sit comfortably in the seats. Overall, it’s a great set for the price and I’m happy with my purchase!

I understand that the parts come in separate packages due to the product's size, but I don't understand why they arrive on separate days. Furthermore, when assembling the two small chairs, the holes in one of the parts were too small, and the screws wouldn't fit. Another issue is that the screws themselves are of poor quality, as they strip very easily. Finally, the instructions are very brief and don't explain the fabric assembly well; it ends up being somewhat loose, and you have to overtighten the screws, which are also of poor quality. Despite all this, once you figure out how to assemble it, struggle with the screws, and manage to get the fabric taut, the product looks good and performs its function perfectly.

One of the chairs had steel in the screw hole, preventing the chair from being assembled. The table has screw holes that do not align with the holes in the table leg. All in all, this purchase was a waste of money!!!! Will never purchase any merchandise from this seller again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Out of 4 pieces of furniture, I am able to use two of them...which is unacceptable!

After putting all of this together, the couch is in terrible shape!! The fabric is so loose that when you sit down your legs hit the pole underneath the couch and your back hits the pole behind the couch. We definitely have it as tight as it can go so it’s not loose from putting it together. It’s almost like the fabric is just too loose. I wonder if it is used? it looks like it’s like stretched out and been sat before. Do not buy. I am so disappointed! The chairs turned out OK they don’t have the same problem. And the tables is good too. But what am I supposed to do with half of a patio set and we can’t even use the couch. Pointless. You can see in the picture I posted where my hand is pushing down on the fabric of the couch and it’s touching the pole underneath. Then I posted a second picture of the chair where I’m pushing down the fabric and it doesn’t even go close to the pole underneath.

Some of the pieces do not stay put, fabric won’t stay still as shown in the pictures, weight capacity is good, being charged 30$ for.shipping and spending hours on assembling and when asked about the issues, seller straight away asked to return, no details and nothing else.

Don’t waste your $ like I did. I thought it was a deal. It came pretty quickly. But, what I got isn’t even what I ordered. The frames go to rockers, and when looking at the other products this company offers, they don’t look like the ones even shown. Now, the seat part doesn’t fit with the frames received. I contacted the seller and have yet to get a response.

I did not receive the set pictured. After contacting the seller and informing them that I didn't see the error until after opening the box. The seller offered 40% of my money back. I expressed wanting an exchange and the merchandise that was purchased. I have not received any other feedback from the seller.

The product isn’t bad for the price, but the customer service is obsolete. I received this set with a chair that has the fabric inside out, and another chair that the was made with the insert holes from the lumbar support bar on the opposite side. Customer support doesn’t care, they won’t return emails or messages. Don’t waste your time or money.

I previously bought a patio rocking chair set. I loved it and reordered the same item. Walmart just delivered a standard patio set. The Walmart website has switched the pictures to show what was delivered and you will see from the pictures of what was delivered originally and what it says it delivered now. The pictures are not the same anymore but the description is. Buyer beware. Walmart is doing a bait and switch on their items.

I bought this a couple of months ago but I’m just opening it up and there’s a defected piece for one of the chairs. I’m so disappointed. but I’m definitely gonna send it back! There’s a piece missing from the hole in one of the pictures I sent.
