I absolutely love the sleekness, and light appeal the laptop gives! However, it lacks is volume!!!! My old Chrome ranked supreme when it came to volume. Otherwise, it's quick, fast, and in a hurry to get you where you want to be! I recommend....

I did not know that the computer was used. I did not see that when I ordered it. So far do good. Came packaged in a plain brown box. No setup instructions but once I turned it on I was walked thru the by a voice.

I got this after my last Acer finally bit the bucket and I'm not impressed. I hadn't dropped this laptop or anything and it now has a crack just underneath the underside, ironically my old Acer ended up with a crack in the same spot for no apparent reason as well. All of my drivers and everything are up to date but this laptop freezes often and a hard restart has to be performed. I get computers have their kinks and such but none of this should happen within a few months of having the product. The screen is matte and is just weird at times and the audio without headphones is horrible, you have to have it blasting to hear anything. My next laptop will not be an Acer of any kind.

i bought a computer a couple years ago from walmart and they sold me a peace of crap and now i try and buy another one and it is a peace of crap i spent alot of money for the computer i just recived i took it out of the box and plugged it up and turned it on and it went to a blue screen then it turned off and it wont come on and ive bought a computer from here before and i told them it wont work because the one i bought before was out of date and i asked them is there any way to get that computer to work and they said no so i asked them did yall sell me a peace of crap and should i throw it away and they said yes because theres no way to get that computer to work now a couple years later i orders another one but this time a laptop and what do you know it dont work either i dont understand is it just my luck or what but i will never order another pc again from walmart.com

This is a very fine computer-for young people. For people like me (north of 70 years), this computer is anything but user-friendly. After several attempts, and several hours on the phone with support personnel, I was still locked out, and could not use the computer. I admit I am tech-challenged, but I have a 2014 Acer refurb, and it was a snap to set up! I resent how controlling Microsoft has become. This whole experience was a real test of my patience.

I brought this useless thing as a gift for my husband. I am so sorry I did. After spending hundreds of dollars for groceries curb side each week and close to that monthly online from Walmart, I thought it would be save to buy a laptop. Not having any trouble with the above. I bought a brand (Acer) that I have bought in person three times before at a different store, also the same brand I used at my workplace, an engineering firm. The laptop has a 1yr warranty, feeling safe still, BUT THREE MONTHS LATER......with casual use at home it started falling apart. I asked Walmart for help, I paid them over $400.00 for that thing, NO HELP! They just sell it, the warranty is with another company. CONTACT OTHER COMPANY.....GOOD LUCK TO US ALL! NOT ONE SINGLE WORD....AND NO HELP FROM WALMART, GETTING ME ANY HELP. I'm just the idiot that bought a brand name laptop from WALMART site unseen. But now I not only see, but am heard loudly by anyone who will listen about how WALMART didn't refunded my warranty covered laptop. That they sold it and should at least make sure their customers are helped in these situations. Thanks WALMART

I do not have a problem with product. I have a problem with delivery. The ups truck stopped and delivered at the wrong house. I was home and house is well marked. I had to go around the neighborhood to retrieve it

No warranty would not accept my wi fi no product tech help. Tired of talking to people who I can't understand because of thick accentFrustrated.. going back to where it came from
